Terms of Service

NutriCoach is a personal food and training tracking application: you log your meals, it estimates their macronutrients, you log your workouts, and it shows your progress. It is an informational support tool.

NutriCoach does not provide diagnoses or medical treatment. The information it shows (including calorie and macro estimates, generated in part with artificial intelligence) is for reference and may contain errors. NutriCoach records the training you do and does not prescribe exercise. For any health condition, and before changing your diet or starting a training program, consult a qualified professional. Do not use the app for clinical decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use NutriCoach. Let us know immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, overload it, or access other people's data.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features; we will notify you of material changes to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriCoach is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, nor for decisions made based on the information it provides.

NutriCoach's Core tier is free. Self-Coach is a paid auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, purchased and billed exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google Play at the final prices the store shows, VAT included. The subscription renews automatically at the current price unless you cancel it in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancellation takes effect from the next period and creates no retroactive refunds, without prejudice to your rights under Chilean law and each store's refund policies. Self-Coach's AI features operate on a finite monthly allowance, visible in the app, which renews with each billing cycle and does not accumulate. We offer no free trial periods. Prices may change; a change applies only to later renewals and the store notifies you under its own rules.
